The CRO is aware that certain areas of the country have been badly impacted by power outages caused by Storm Éowyn.

As a result we are aware that some companies have encountered difficulties when filing their annual returns with the CRO.

The Christmas 2024 Deadline for Incorporations, Change of Name, Re-registrations, and Company Name Reservations

While the CRO endeavours to process all applications as quickly as possible, in order to give your applications the best chance of being registered prior to the Christmas break, we suggest that you submit applications no later than the following dates:

Fé Phráinn Online Scheme: 9 December 2024
Ordinary Online Scheme: 2 December 2024
Change of Name: 9 December 2024
Re-registration: 9 December 2024
Company Name Reservation: 15 December 2024

All applications will be processed in strict date order.
