You have been redirected here from CORE because your B1 filing was returned to you instantly when the identity (ID) requirements were not met.
This means that either the name, date of birth, PPSN or IPN/RBO information of one or more directors provided does not match official records.
Your submission will remain on hold until the ID requirements are met.
What are the identity requirements for those directors with PPSNs?
If the director has an Identified Person Number (IPN) rather than a PPSN, their details must match the data supplied in a VIF Form and the IPN number must match the one issued by us.
Any further questions can be directed to directorid@cro.ie
If the director has a RBO number, the same process applies and any questions can be directed to the Register of Beneficial Ownership (the RBO) at enquiries@rbo.gov.ie.
In order to successfully resolve the mismatch, we recommend that you use the email address field(s) on CORE to receive instant feedback identifying the person(s) causing the failure to submit, within the “Director Details” field.
A filer/presenter may use their own email address for two or more directors for convenience in gathering the feedback.
When you become aware of who is failing ID checks, please ask to see documentary evidence of name, date of birth and PPSN information. Then amend details accordingly and resubmit the B1.
If a director is unsure of their details, they can contact the Department of Social Protection for confirmation, at:
