The Companies Registration Office (the CRO) has today launched its Document Library for relevant companies to publicly disclose their corporate tax information, as required under the European Union (Disclosure of income tax information by certain undertakings and branches) Regulations of 2023 (S.I. No. 322/2023).
The relevant companies are those with reported revenue exceeding €750 million in each of the preceding two consecutive financial years. These companies can now publish the reports on the of CRO’s Document Library.
The Document Library is accessible at Document library – CRO, where you can search for submissions by Company Name, the Year of Publication, and the relevant Jurisdiction.
