The VIF Form has been amended and updated, due to the CRO having serious concerns surrounding the integrity of online witnessing on the VIF Forms.
From midnight April 30 2026, the CRO will no longer accept VIF Forms witnessed online, the CRO will only accept forms that have been witnessed and signed with the witness and declarant physically in the same room for the verification of identity.
The updated VIF Form is available on CORE.
Please Note: Previous versions of the VIF Form received by the CRO after midnight April 30 2026 will be rejected.
