Incidental Obligations

There are a number of obligations incidental to registering a company with the CRO and these pertain to the company’s:

• Name and Disclosure Requirements
• Registered Office
• Activity in State
• Officers
• Beneficial Ownership register

 
Please Note:
the CRO cannot provide a company with a company seal. These can be purchased from a law/legal stationers.

Please Note:
All Formation Agents or Third party presenters are expected to provide the CRO with evidence of Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) authorisation or a membership /practising Certificate from one of the prescribed professional accountancy bodies.

Please note:
Trust or Company Service Providers are supervised by the
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Unit, the Central Bank or the prescribed accountancy bodies as appropriate.
