The Housing Agency is hosting an open outreach event on Wednesday 22 April 2026 in Wexford for stakeholders in owners’ management companies (OMCs), and multi-unit developments (MUDs).
This evening meeting will provide networking opportunities and practical information for directors of OMCs, homeowners, residents, licensed property service providers, and others involved with OMCs, apartments, and managed estates.
The meeting (starting at 6.30pm) will cover:
– Challenges faced by OMCs & managed estates
– Roles and responsibilities
– Resources available
