Introduction

This Public Country-by-Country Report (“Public CbCR”) has been prepared for Synopsys, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries for the reporting year beginning 3 November 2024 and ending 31 October 2025, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2021/2101 and applicable implementing legislation. The report reflects Synopsys’ OECD Country-by-Country Reporting data for the reporting period, presented in accordance with applicable EU Public CbCR requirements. The underlying financial information is derived under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("U.S. GAAP") for reporting purposes, although differences in reporting requirements may result in amounts presented in this report that may differ from, and should not be read as directly comparable to, Synopsys’ consolidated financial statements or other public filings. This report is intended to satisfy applicable Public CbCR disclosure requirements and should be read together with Synopsys’ publicly available financial and regulatory filings.
