Public Country by Country Report (on income tax information)

Introduction

In accordance with Part 26B of the Companies Act 2014 (transposing Directive (EU) 2021/2101 as regards disclosure of income tax information by certain undertakings and branches), News Press Ireland Limited (hereinafter, News Ireland), a subsidiary of News Corporation, is publishing this report regarding corporate taxes consolidated at the level of the ultimate parent company. News Corporation is the ultimate parent company, not governed by the law of an EU Member State. The net consolidated annual turnover of the group at the end of the fiscal year exceeded a total of 750,000,000 euros in each of the last two consecutive fiscal years according to its consolidated financial statements. This report includes group-wide information across all relevant jurisdictions to fulfill the EU public disclosure requirements for the fiscal year. This report has been deposited in the Irish Companies Registration Office (CRO) and is accessible on the group's website: https://newscorp.com/news-corp-sustainability/.

No. 322/2023), which transposed Directive (EU) 2021/2101 into Irish law and inserted Chapter 1B into Part 6 of the Companies Act 2014.
