In an instance where you encounter a blank screen after you have inputted your details in the first Realex screen (see screen below) you should check the following known causes of this issue.

  • ● You have not allowed 3rd party cookies.
  • ● There is an & or () in the name or address.
  • ● The Country Code is not correct in the phone number.
  • ● The country entered is England, Wales, Scotland, or Guernsey, rather than enter any of the aforementioned please enter “United Kingdom”.
