If you have assured yourself that the information you are providing is correct and continue to fail, please email directorid@cro.ie with the following subject line:

(Insert Form Type) – (Insert No.) Directors – (Insert SR Filing Reference) – IPN Directors listed (Insert Yes/No/NA*) – Automated reply on PPSN holders (Insert Yes/No)

For example;

• Form B1C – 3 Directors – SR1234567 – IPN Directors listed Yes – Automated reply on PPSN holders Yes
• Form B1C – 3 Directors – SR1234567 – IPN Directors listed No  – Automated reply on PPSN holders No
• Form B1C – 3 Directors  -SR1234567 – IPN Directors listed NA – Automated reply on PPSN holders Yes
